Maximise SKUs per brand, as less brands with more breadth of SKUs is going to help drive regime. Brand block each boutique or brand to fit a shelf in order to aid standout and navigation. Merchandise your best-selling “Power SKUs” first, then arrange the segments in order of usage, e.g. cleanse, tone, moisturise. Finally, ensure premium brands are located at eye level, maximising customer visibility.
